Mauritzon multi-panel screens feature hinged corners which eliminate connectors which you have to purchase with other systems. All are furnished with platform legs.

High Temperature Tapes

Mauritzon offers a broad selection of tapes, ropes and tubing to solve your special insulation problems. Materials provide service temperatures to 1800°F. Select the product that best suits your needs from the following:

FIBERGLASS: Fiberglass material with service to 1000°F. Good physical strength. Resists oil,acids and moisture. Also available with pressure sensitive back (PSA).

ALTEX 400: Aramid blend material with service to 650°F. Excellent strength and abrasion resistance. Very flexible with little stretching. Offers good chemical and mildew resistance and is unaffected or only slightly weakened by most acids and alkali solutions.

SILICA: Highest thermal characteristics. Service temperature to 1800°F with excursions to 3000°F. NOT recommended in highly abrasive environments. Good flexibility and resistance to moisture, oils and acids.

An extremely strong and durable, 8.6 mil woven polyethylene fabric coated with a hightack, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive system. Formulated to bond to polyethylene even at temperatures as low as -25ºF. High temperature resistance to 225ºF. Invaluable as an accessory to or TS-12000 fabric. Ideal for onsite repairs, seam sections or for reinforcing critical points. 2 3/4" wide x 20 yards. Packaged 16 to a case.

EPDM-molded rubber straps for fastening tarpaulins or similar products and for securing various loads. Length based on rubber only.

Specifications for “S” Hooks:
0.172 diameter, C-1019 silicone-kilined hard temper galvanized wire, dry wax coated to protect from rust.

MANUFACTURER’S CAUTION:
Wear eye and head protection during tie-downs and disconnects. Sudden unhooking can cause serious injury. Straps should not be stretched more than 50% their original length; check straps for stated safe maximum stretch. Inspect straps before each use. Straps should be discarded if abraded, cut or cracked. Straps should not be substituted as the primary tie-down method for the load.
